ORDER

In accordance with the directions of this court, the Enquiry Officer had been changed and it is informed by the learned Additional Advocate General Mr.M.Sureshkumar, which is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that fresh enquiry officer had been nominated and enquiry had been

completed. Now, it is for the Enquiry Officer to submit his findings in accordance with the evidence adduced during the course of enquiry.

2. In view of the subsequent development reported, the contempt petition stands closed.
