ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 30.01.2026, Mr.M.Palanisamy, Execution Engineer, Salem Corporation is present before this Court. The respondents furnished the photographs to show that the encroachments were already removed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that one encroachment is yet to be removed. The respondents shall look into the same and if any encroachment is left out, the same also shall be removed as expeditiously as possible.

3. Since all other encroachments have been removed by the Corporation, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. Accordingly, this Contempt petition stands closed.
