ORDER

The present contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court 23.08.2023 in W.P.No. 22389 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an enquiry has been conducted by the respondents.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that during the course of enquiry, petitioner requested for correction of UDR, which cannot be done by the Tahsildar, and such correction must go to the Revenue Divisional Officer. Therefore, Tahsildar has forwarded the application to the Revenue Divisional Officer. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer for passing appropriate orders.

3. Granting above liberty, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. 20-02-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order GD
