The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.07.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 309(4), 311 and 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.774 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 1/4

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.2,500/- at knife point. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is ranked as A2 and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, apart from this case, petitioner has 9 previous cases. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the nature of offence and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
