ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 5(3) of the order in Crl.M.P.No.1975 of 2025 dated 21.07.2025 on the file of the District Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, Salem, regularly.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.1975 of 2025, dated 21.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
