This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the Appeal against the acquittal judgment passed in Calendar Case No.187 of 2022, dated 02.07.2025 on the file of the learned I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/appellant and perused the materials available on record.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
