(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This is the appeal filed by the State against the judgment of acquittal. The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 269 days in filing the appeal.

Despite service of notice, none appeared on behalf of the respondents. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in the usual course. Further Registry is directed to print the name of the respondents in the appeal.
