The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1)(i) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and 4(1)(A), 4(1)(c) and 14(A) of TNP (Amendment) Act, 2024 in Crime No.75 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.25364 of 2025 on 16.09.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
