This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to put up a temporary cracker shop at No.87/36, Red Hills Roads, Vinayagapuram, Madhavaram, Chennai - 600 099 for the upcoming Deepavali festival as per the No Objection Certificate granted by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.14252/Aa1/2025 dated 13.10.2025. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intend to put up a temporary cracker shop at 2/4

No.87/36, Red Hills Roads, Vinayagapuram, Madhavaram, Chennai - 600 099 for the upcoming Deepavali festival, for which he applied for temporary licence. The learned counsel further submitted that the second respondent also issued No Objection Certificate on 13.10.2025, however, the temporary licence has not yet been granted. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that temporary licence will be granted to the petitioner for selling crackers at No.87/36, Red Hills Roads, Vinayagapuram, Madhavaram, Chennai600 099, from 17.10.2025 to 22.10.2025. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed.
