ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 25.07.2025.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the president of the petitioner trust namely, Arulmighu Alamel Mangai Sametha Srinivasa Perumal Trust. There have been disputes between the Pandian group and the petitioner's group regarding the opening of the temple and performing pooja therein, and the matter was referred to the Tahsildar for conducting a peace committee meeting However, as there was no conclusion arrived in the peace committee, the petitioner was directed to hand over the key of the temple to the Village Administrative Officer vide impugned order dated 25.07.2025 passed by the first respondent. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had already handed over the key of the temple to the Village Administrative Officer.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Village th Administrative Officer, Vembakkam Taluk, the 4 respondent herein, to hand nd over the key of the temple to the Tahsildar, Vembakkam Taluk, the 2 respondent herein, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the petitioner is granted liberty to work out the remedy in the pending suit filed by him in O.S No.96 of 2024, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Cheyyar.
