Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent dated 02.06.2003 bearing No.AAM/C.2960/2003/1947-57 and further order of the 1st respondent bearing No.AAM/C.2960/2003/2121-23 dated 20.06.2003 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to forebear from engaging contract labour for issuance of visitor's ticket, till the issue of abolishing contract labour is decided by the 3rd respondent in accordance with the contract Labour (Abolition and Regulation) Act.
