ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to pay the difference in leave salary, difference in gratuity and pension arrears as per the 15th wage settlement dated 29.05.2025.

2. The petitioners had joined in service of the first respondent Corporation as a Driver and Junior TM. They retired from service due to their attainment of superannuation in the year 2023 and 2024. The 15th wage settlement arrived belatedly on 29.05.2025 between the management and the recognized union. Accordingly, the wage revision was given effect from 01.09.2023. Therefore, the petitioners submitted representation seeking difference in leave salary, difference in gratuity and pension arrears. However, it is not settled to the petitioners.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to disburse the difference in leave salary, gratuity and pension arrears as per the 15th wage settlement dated 29.05.2025, with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
