ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 07.10.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of Natham patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.K.Karuppaiya Mooppanar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3

3. The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of the subject property by virtue of Will dated 23.04.1990. The petitioner was making repeated representations seeking for issuance of patta. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 2/5

4. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has to necessarily make an online application to the third respondent by paying necessary charges. The petitioner shall submit the relevant documents and on receipt of the same, the third respondent shall take a decision in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit an online application along with necessary charges and relevant documents to the third respondent. The third respondent on receipt of the same shall take a decision, on its own merits and in accordance with law and convey the same to the petitioner. The third respondent shall complete the above process within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of online application from the petitioner. No costs.
