ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.08.2025 seeking updation of the Register (Revenue Records) by appropriate sub-division of S.No.60, Alasanthapuram Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk, pursuant to Form D patta (Appendix V) vide Assignment Order No.41/1416, dated 16.09.2006, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the aforementioned property pursuant to an Assignment Order No.41/1416, dated 16.09.2006. The Page No.2 of 6

petitioner seeks updation of the Register (Revenue Records) and has given a representation on 04.08.2025 for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. st respondent is directed to pass final orders on
