Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to 1/4

survey the land in survey No.317/1 to the total extent of 90 cents and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner for patta dated 30.09.2025 and in accordance to law within time stipulated by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr. S.Praveenkanth For Respondents : Mr.D.Ravichander Special Government Pleader Order It is now represented by Mr.D.Ravichander, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that the prayer sought for, in this Writ Petition, pertaining to survey and demarcation of the boundaries has been achieved, since the same has been completed by the respondents on 07.11.2025. The said fact is also not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, he would submit that is yet to be issued in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the survey and demarcation of the boundaries.

2. The petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application before the concerned respondent for the said purpose to enable the respondents to consider the application on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since survey and demarcation of the 2/4

boundaries has been completed, the prayer sought for in this Writ petition has been achieved. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a fresh online application before the concerned Tahsildar seeking for issuance of patta for the property and on receipt of the said application, the concerned Tahsildar shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom, the Tahsildar deems it fit to enquire.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 09.01.2026 sd Index : yes/no 3/4
