ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs seeking leave to file a reply statement in C.S.No.293 of 2024. 2.

According to the applicants/plaintiffs, they are the plaintiffs in the main suit filed for partition and for a declaration that the death certificate obtained by the first defendant is invalid. The first defendant had already filed a written statement, wherein also the status of the first plaintiff as the wife of Late. Mr. Susheelkumar Malhotra has been denied. The first defendant has further claimed that she is the legally wedded wife of the said Mr. Susheelkumar Malhotra, and that there was no matrimonial relationship between the first plaintiff and him. Thus, the defendants have raised new pleas on various aspects, which necessitate a reply from the Page No.2 of 5

applicants/plaintiffs. Hence, the present application has been filed. 3.

The other side have not filed any counter.

Considering the reasons stated by the applicants in the affidavit, and the overall circumstances of the case, and in order to give a fair chance to the applicants/plaintiffs to putforth their case, this application deserves to be allowed.
