The Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, No.16, Gowtiya Mutt Road, Royapettah 600 014 ..Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the endorsement dated 25.02.2003, 25.04.2003 and 23.06.2003 on the metre card in respect of the consumption of the electricity for the service connection 136.15.05 to the building bearing door Old No.4, New No.7, Mohan Kumaramangalam Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600 034, and to quash the same and direct the respondents to consider the complaints dated 11.03.2003 and 14.05.2003 for the defective meter attached to the above service connection 136.15.05, by applying the provisions contained under Clauses 17.10 to 17.13 of Terms and Conditions of Electricity Supply of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board for the purpose of determination of the consumption of electricity for the period from 21.12.2002 to 23.06.2003 and also for the further periods within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
