O R D E R

(By.S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.,) The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that challenging the order passed by the District Collector, an appeal has been preferred by the petitioner before the Government, which is pending. It is contended that the petitioner may be permitted to pursue the remedy before the Government.

2. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to redress his grievances before the Government. Persons aggrieved, if any may also implead themselves in 2/4

the petition, which is pending before the Government. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.46793 and 46795 of 2025 are ordered. W.M.P.No.46799 is closed.
