ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.08.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 450, 342, 395, 397, 120B, 109 of IPC in Crime No.311 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This petitioner was earlier arrested and released on bail and subsequently he was regularly appeared before the Committal Court. Further the petitioner was jumped bail on 13.02.2025 and again arrested on 06.08.2025. In the mean time, the original PRC registered as 23 of 2024 was splitted and case against him was renumbered as PRC 4 of 2025. Now it is reported that the case of the co-accused were committed and pending in S.C.No.63 of 2025 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Tiruchengode. Hence this case.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner was arrested and he is in judicial custody from 06.08.2025 and is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution's case and submitted that the petitioner is having 2/4

six previous cases. Hence, he strongly opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

6. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, and the fact that, the case of the petitioner has not been committed and is posted for committal on 24.11.2025. Since the case is yet to be committed and it is also reported that petitioner is also having six previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
