ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 03.04.2025 passed by the respondent, thereby suspended the petitioner from service on the ground of receiving bribe in a trap. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The petitioner submitted a representation seeking reinstatement into service. The suspension has been in force from 03.04.2025. It is also seen that an FIR is pending for investigation in Crime No.4 of 2025 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Police, Villupuram District, for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018. 4.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources

Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
