ORDER

1/4

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking issuance of separate patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.N.Edwin Jayakumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property and patta also stood in her name in patta No.1666. The petitioner executed a settlement deed in favour of her two daughters on 04.06.2024, which document was registered as document No.5451 of 2024.

Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 23.07.2024 for rectifying the mistakes and for issuing patta with correct particulars. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the 2/4

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
