O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to I Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.581 of 2015 within the stipulated period.

2. The 1st respondent herein filed a suit seeking partition. The suit was filed in the year 2015.

3. A perusal of the e-court status filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate the pleadings of the parties were completed long back and issues were framed as early as August-2016. Though the suit was posted for recording evidence on 23.07.2018 itself, thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the trial.

4. Taking into consideration the suit was of the year 2015 and pleadings of the parties were completed long back, this Court is inclined to direct the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
