To set aside the order dated 08/10/2025 directing attachment under Order XXI Rules 54 and 64 CPC in E.P.NO.34 of 2025. Stay the operation of the order dated 08/10/2025 passed by the Learned Master in E.P.No.34 of 2025 pending disposal of this application. Direct the JD to pay the amount of Rs.3,11,45,425/- together with interest at 12 percent on Rs.2,70,00,000/- till date of payment failing which recover the amount by attachment and sale of the Schedule hereunder and pay the amount mentioned above to the Decree Holder.
