This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the representations made by the petitioners on 26.09.2025 and 29.09.2025 and to issue patta in respect of the subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 produced the 2/4

written instructions received from the 2 nd respondent. It is seen that the nd respondent has already taken note of the representation made by the petitioner on 30.10.2025.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to convey the decision to the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 13.11.2025 gya (2/2) Index : Yes/No 3/4
