ORDER

This Civil Revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned

I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.565 of 2015 within a stipulated time period fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner's father C.Mylsamy Gounder filed a suit for partition against the petitioner and his brother, the 2 nd respondent herein. Pending suit, the petitioner's father died and his mother, the first respondent herein was brought on record as legal heir of deceased plaintiff, The adjudication sheets filed along with the typed set of papers would indicate that though the suit was filed in the year 2015 and issues were framed as early as on 04.08.2016, there is no substantial progress in the trial of the suit. Till date, the suit is only in the stage of PW1 cross examination.

3. Taking into consideration the year of the suit and the present stage, this court is inclined to direct the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.565 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
