ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking permanent alternative employment with pay protection and continuity of service. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking permanent alternative employment with pay protection and continuity of service, by subjecting the petitioner to medical examination, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
