ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to cancel the sub-division of the survey number in the subject property and to remove the name of Mariamman Temple from the revenue records and mutate the name of the petitioners by considering the representation made by the petitioners on 28.08.2025.

2. Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioners on 28.08.2025 after affording opportunity to all interested parties concerned and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
