W.M.P.No.44933 of 2025 in W.P.No.37998 of 2025 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to implead the proposed respondent as 3rd respondent in the above writ petition.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the present petitions are allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ petition.

5.Notice to the newly impleaded 3rd respondent, returnable by 20.11.2025. Private notice is also permitted.
