Challenge is to an order of the Registrar, Court of Small Causes, Chennai on the ground that the Registrar has no jurisdiction to decide an application for removal of obstruction and it is only the Court concern which can deal with any such application.

2.Similar matter has already been dealt with by me and final orders has been passed in CRP.No.5065 of 2025 on 31.10.2025. 2/4
