Mr.K.Subbu Ranga Bharathi, CGSC COMMON ORDER The present writ petitions are filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider their applications for recognising the petitioner as the subsequent proprietor of the registered trademark 'SATVADAILY', as per the Assignment Deed dated 09.12.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that, by way of communication dated 11.11.2025, the respondent has sent notice to the proprietor of the Trade Mark, and sought time to consider the applications of the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submissions, the writ petitions stand closed. The respondent is directed to complete the said exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
