Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the order dated 07.02.2025 vide K/K.2335-2024-m1 passed by the second respondent.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the complaint lodged by the petitioner before the second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 8 and affording them an opportunity of hearing, and dispose of the complaint on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
