This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to promote the petitioner to the sanctioned post of PG Teacher (Economics) in the third respondent School with effect from 16.08.2019 with all consequential and other attendant benefits and other emoluments including arrears of salary with interest.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/5
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
