ORDER
Mr.M.Purushothaman, who was appointed as Advocate Commissioner in both the cases vide order dated 30.10.2025 while the same were disposed of, is present before this Court and he submitted that he was appointed as an Advocate Commissioner to oversee the Extraordinary General Body Meeting held on 01.11.2025, at Kongu Mahal, Marriage Hall, Bhavani -Anthiyur Road, Thottipalayam, Erode District. He further submitted that the General Body Meeting was conducted in a peaceful manner. The entire proceedings were duly videographed and the pen drive, containing the recording has been submitted before this Court and copies of the same have also been furnished to the learned counsel appearing on either side.
2.Compliance of the order dated 30.10.2025, as submitted by the learned Advocate Commissioner is recorded.
3.He further submitted that both the parties were satisfied with the manner, in which, the meeting was conducted. The remuneration has also been paid. In this regard, the counsel for the petitioners also agreed to pay an additional sum of Rs.22,780/- towards conveyance expenses.
