ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 25.08.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that representation made by the petitioner on 25.08.2025 will be considered by the 2nd respondent and appropriate decision will be taken and conveyed to the petitioner, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the 2nd

3/5 respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 25.08.2025 and convey the decision to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
