(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR.J.,) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing appeal suit against the decree and judgment dated 16.04.2025 passed in O.S.No.4644 of 2020 by the learned XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The respondents 1 to 3 are mother and brothers of the petitioner/appellant, and they are sailing with the petitioner/appellant. Hence, notice to them is dispensed with.

3. Mr. C.Uma Shankar, learned counsel takes notice for the contesting fourth respondent and has no objection to condoning the delay.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
