ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the condition the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000 to the credit of STC.NO.762 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Karaikal within a period of four weeks from today failing which the order passed by the this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to financial crisis she is unable to mobilise funds and not able to deposit the entire amount awarded by this Court.

3. In view of the above this Court is inclined to modify the said condition and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000 to the credit of STC.NO.762 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Karaikal To the credit of STC.NO.762 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Karaikal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
