ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.09.2025 seeking revocation of the order of suspension dated 22.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

A perusal of the records reveals that the petitioner misappropriated the ex-gratia amount to the tune of Rs.62,34,545/- while he was working as Assistant Manager (Accounts), TASMAC Ltd., Tirupathur. Therefore, the petitioner has committed a very serious offence, and as such, the order of suspension cannot be interfered with. Though the petitioner had remitted the misappropriated amount, he 2/5

cannot be reinstated to the same post.

4. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition lacks merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
