ORDER

(Made by N.Sathish Kumar, J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to produce the petitioner's wife viz. P.Bhuvaneshwari, W/o.T.Palanisamy, aged about 25 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

According to the petitioner, his wife viz. P.Bhuvaneshwari, aged about 25 years, went missing from 13.09.2025 and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure her.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has not even lodged a complaint before the

police station concerned in this regard.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall lodge a complaint before the second respondent/police and on such complaint being filed, the second respondent/police shall conduct enquiry. As and when the detenue P.Bhuvaneshwari, aged about 25 years, is secured, she shall be produced before the Magistrate Court, concerned, under intimation to the petitioner. On such production, the learned Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders with regard to custody in accordance with law. With the above observation and direction, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
