ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to extend the Inter-State Anticipatory Bail granted for a period of six weeks vide order dated 10.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24446 of 2025 by further two weeks.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court vide order dated 10.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24446 of 2025 granted inter-state anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of six weeks. He further submitted that the first petitioner's minor son namely Jeron Micheal aged about 13 years having breathing difficulty on 24.08.2025 and was taking treatment where the first petitioner was diagnosed with upper respiratory Track infection on 25.08.2025 and advised to take adequate rest and still not recovered. The second petitioner sustained lower back injury and lost sensation on the left hand side and that he was advised to take rest and thereafter, fell down from the two-wheeler and sustained injury and also advised not to travel long distance. Hence, the learned counsel prays to extend the inter-state anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners for further period of two weeks.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent has no objection to allow the petition.

4. I have heard the submission made by both sides and also perused the records.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to extend the time granted to the petitioners vide order dated 10.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24446 of 2025 and thereby, time is extended by two weeks finally, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be entertained.
