ORDER

The Crl.M.P.No.21021 of 2025 is filed to modify the condition imposed in para no.4(c) in Crl.O.P.No.31184 of 2024 and order dated 02.01.2025.

2. The Crl.M.P.No.21024 of 2025 is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6804 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31184 of 2024 order dated 07.04.2025.

3. This Court vide order dated 02.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31184 of 2024 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only). There is no convincing reasons placed before me to show that this condition is onerous. This Court after considering the case on merits ordered deposit of money. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. As far as extension of time is concerned, extended by two more weeks.

4. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stands disposed of.
