O R D E R
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.11.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii) [c] 25 and 29(1) of the NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.54 of 2024 on the file of 1/4
the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. Earlier, the bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18096 of 2025 was considered and dismissed by this Court by order dated 15.09.2025, wherein the points raised by the petitioner were already rejected, as the requirements under Section 37 of the NDPS Act had not been satisfied. Subsequently, the petitioner filed another application in Crl.O.P.No.26887 of 2025, which was also dismissed by this Court on 26.09.2025, on the ground that there was no change in circumstances. It is further reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is also involved in another similar case.
3. Considering the fact that the earlier bail applications filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court on merits, and taking into account that this is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner without any change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
