O R D E R
This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to relax the condition 1/4
that the petitioner should report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. once in a month, imposed vide order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13934 of 2025, on the file of this Court.
2. This Court, in Crl.O.P.No.13934 of 2025, by order dated 30.04.2025, had imposed the following condition: "3.Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.7 imposed in the order dated 17.08.2023 passed in Cr.M.P.No.3156 of 2023 in Crime No.16 of 2022 in C.C.No.07 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court under the TNPID Act, 1997, Chennai to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station at 10.30 a.m. once in a month. It is made clear that, except for the said modification, the order dated 17.08.2023 shall remain unaltered in all other respects."
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that further investigation is pending and that the petitioner is also not an accused as per preliminary charge sheet, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court in the event of issuance of summons. It is made clear that the petitioner shall give his 2/4
correct address to the respondent police and he shall appear before the respondent police as and when required by them, for further investigation.
