ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though there is an allegation of illegal construction allegedly put-up by respondent No.8, we find that respondent No.8 has

already filed a civil suit claiming title and ownership in respect of the disputed property.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to pass any order. This order would not come in the way of the local authority from taking such steps as may be permissible under the local laws. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.44958 of 2025 is closed. (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA, CJ.)
