ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the amount has been paid. However, grievance seems to be that interest was paid at the rate of 1.8% p.a. through out for the period of 21 years.

gya 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners, drew the notice of this Court to the RBI circular, wherein, it is stated that rate of interest has to be paid as per the prevailing lending rates.

3.In the considered view of this Court, the issue raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners, cannot be gone into and if the petitioners are aggrieved with the interest component, it is left open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
