ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 12.02.2025, passed by

this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21221 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to conduct enquriy, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.14 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tittagudi. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, though the respondent issued summon to conduct enquiry, the counter parties neither appeared nor extended any cooperation to the enquiry proceedings. Thereafter, the respondent police provided necessary police protection to conduct survey and the revenue officials successfully surveyed the petitioner's property.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
