ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.09.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 9(1), 9(m) r/w.10 of POCSO Act 2012 in Crime No.40 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that the offences registered in this case is under sections 9(1), 9(m) r/w.10 of POCSO Act 2012 altered by including SC/ST Act. 3.In view of the submissions of learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court.
