This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 5 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision Petition before this Court against the Judgment dated 05.04.2025 made in Crl.A.No.80 of 2021 on the file of III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
