This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in FIR No.228 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in FIR 2/5

No.228 of 2024, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
