O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st respondent to incorporate the petitioner's name in the service records of her deceased husband, namely, Mr. J.Raja, who was working as an Assistant Tradesman in the 1st respondent department.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner, being the wife of the deceased employee, Mr.J.Raja, who died while serving as an Assistant Tradesman in the 1 st respondent 2/5

department, submitted an application seeking inclusion of her name in the service records of her deceased husband, as he had failed to incorporate the same during his lifetime. Upon receipt of her request, the 1st respondent department, by communication dated 29.03.2025, directed the petitioner to submit all the requisite documents following the demise of her husband. However, the petitioner has not complied with the said directions till date.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit all the requisite documents before the 1st respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks thereafter..

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
