2. In the meanwhile, 4th respondent/the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Commissioner of Workmens Compensation, Tiruchirapalli shall transmit the records in respect of W.C.No.5 of 2011 with reference to the award dated 04.02.2013 passed in the matter.

3. It is argued that the said Dhanabal had died a long ago and no notice was served on his legal heirs. In order to verify the same, these particulars are being called for.
